Tryin to find this old reggae song i'm not sure of the title but i remember a line that says :if Yu Caan Reggae Reggae Let Me Go" Another lone says "if u cant sukie sukie"

I think it is chalice, at least Armond from chalice-
In the video he was riding a ten speed bicycle, not holding on to the handles, while playing a guitar, up Hope Road near UTECH...I think
There was a chiney lady in a thatch bar at one point in the video, who he was singing to-

That song has to be at least 1989 to 1992-
