Hugo Chavez dies aged 58. Dictator or savior?

The news of his death, whilst obviously saddening, hasn't come as much of a shock to some. I think it was only a matter of time as he has had a lengthy battle with cancer, and one that he did not seem to be winning.

What are your thoughts is Hugo Chavez Dictator or savior?
 

it was his time to go.... i remember watching few of his speeches an out of no where he would say "the devil is here i can smell him "smdh .. but over all his people LOVE HIM...

So was he a good leader then to his people and bad to the world?
