    Post Brown Stew Fish

    INGREDIENTS :

    2 lb. large fish (snapper, king fish, jack)
    1 medium onion
    Salt & Pepper
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 blades of escallion
    sprigs of thyme
    1 tablespoon butter
    water
    1 tablespoon flour
    oil for frying
    2 tablespoon ketchup

    METHOD:

    Fry Fish lightly.
    Sauté sliced seasonings in oil or butter. Then add soy sauce
    Slowly add flour to mixture.
    Cook till brown.
    Add water, ketchup.
    Add pepper & salt to taste.
    Put the fish in a deep pot.
    Pour on the sauce.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    best u fry di fish den later u cook it...wen u jus fry di fish so and brown stew it, it kinda tek wey di natural juices of the seasoning and di fish nuh taste like how u wuda buy it a restaurant......if u realize wen u eat di food well hot u nuh taste di flavour of the food like wen it semi-hot.....so fry fish early..say round 9am and den round 11am u can brown stew it
